After the wedding it may me a month or more to go through the photos and do edits and get the prints to you.
I have done some research and it looks like the average price for wedding photographers in our area is $700, but I’m asking for at least $300. If you can’t do that let me know and we’ll work something out. As I’ve stated I’m more interested in the experience than the money at this point, but I do expect some kind of compensation as it is a lot of work.
For $300 I can be on call for you all day. You’ll get a minimum of 60 images, a twenty page photo book, and a complete set of 4x3 images. You’ll also get your choice of three 8 1/2 x 11 prints. You can purchase more prints a la carte.
For $500 I can be on call for you all day, and I’ll hire a second shooter for the ceremony and reception so we’ll be less likely to miss a moment. You’ll get a minimum of 80 images, a complete set of 4x3 prints, a twenty page photo book, your choice of five 8 1/2 x 11 prints, and a 10% discount on any more a la carte prints you want to purchase.
For $700 It’ll be me, a second shooter, and I’ll also get a photography assistant to help with lighting, reflectors, lens change, etc. so that I can take better images, faster. You’ll get a minimum of 120 images, a complete set of larger 5x7 prints, a twenty page photo book, your choice of five larger 11x13 prints, and a 20% percent discount on any more a la carte prints you want to purchase.
